Standard Shipping

  • Insurance: Up to 2000€  
  • Cost: Included in your purchase price  

All orders are shipped via DHL Standard Shipping by default. This service includes insurance up to 2000€, ensuring your valuable items are protected during transit.  

Express Shipping  (Only available for orders to Germany)

  • Shipping Provider: DHL Express  
  • Insurance: Up to 2000€  
  • Cost: Additional Fee depending on the destination country (see at checkout) 

If you need your items quickly, we offer DHL Express shipping. Please note that additional charges apply, calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Important Information  

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. 
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 3-8 business days, while Express shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days.  
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery's status.
